Position Overview

We're looking for motivated Outside Roofing Sales Representatives who want to take control of their income and career. You'll be the face of our company, meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs for storm damage, explaining our services, and guiding customers through the insurance or retail replacement process.

You do not need roofing experience we provide comprehensive training and ongoing development to help you become a top performer.

Responsibilities

• Canvas neighborhoods affected by recent storms to identify potential customers
• Conduct roof inspections and document damage using provided tools and apps
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and insurance claim steps
• Present detailed roofing proposals and secure contracts
• Work with insurance adjusters and company management to ensure approvals
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and office staff
• Follow up on leads and referrals through CRM tools and company systems

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and competitive personality
• Ability to work outdoors and travel locally
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required we train the right individuals

Compensation

• Average first-year income: $75,000$150,000+
• Top reps earn $200K+ annually
• Weekly pay based on closed and funded jobs
